## Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office operations and maintain supplies inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide support
- Utilize Google and Microsoft Suite for various administrative tasks
- Support specific functions like medical receptionist duties as needed

## Experience *At least 1 year

### Required Skills:
- Proficiency in office management procedures
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Google and Microsoft Suites

-Ability to work as a team and willingness to learn

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience as a medical receptionist, dental receptionist, or personal assistant
