We're Looking For A: Brand Marketing Specialist who is responsible for supporting and executing comprehensive brand strategies to drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. As a key member of the team, the brand marketing specialist is responsible for contributing to the overall success of the organization by aligning marketing efforts with business objectives.
Location: Hybrid (Office in Woodland Hills, CA)
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns online to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and promote brand loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Optimize website merchandising and create impactful promotions to drive revenue and product trial.
  • Optimize & support customer onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to activation with inserts, autoresponders, and other marketing channel touchpoints
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, customer service, andproduct development, to ensure alignment in marketing efforts
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, including campaign planning, timeline tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Work on ad-hoc brand projects and initiatives that improve areas such as customer retention, lifetime value and subscription retention.
  • Partner with retention team to drive repeat purchases, increase customer lifetime value, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Monitor campaign performance and key metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Have a strong understanding of key marketing metrics such as ROI & LTV
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Maintain brand guidelines and positioning, ensuring it resonates with each target audience
Qualifications (Note: We strongly encourage you to apply even if you don't tick ALL of these boxes.):
  • Ecommerce background required.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online channels to enhance brand awareness, facilitate customer acquisition, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Skills in optimizing website merchandising and creating compelling promotions to drive revenue growth and encourage product trial.
  • Experience in developing, expanding, and managing brand sampling and gifting programs to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Expertise in optimizing and supporting customer onboarding processes through various
    channels including inserts, email, and SMS to ensure a smooth transition from acquisition to Activation.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in developing marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives and target audience
    preferences.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end project execution, including campaign planning, timeline
    tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead ad-hoc brand projects and initiatives aimed at improving customer retention, lifetime value, and subscription retention.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (required)
  • 4 years in brand marketing, digital marketing, product marketing (required)

The base salary range is $58,900.00-$78,600.00 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
