• Exhibit all conduct in accordance with Golden Nugget policies and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations.
• Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees.
• Responsible for refilling water, iced tea and coffee as needed at guest tables;
• Replenish table supplies and set tables for service in accordance with standards and procedures.
• Remove dirty dishes, clean and re-set tables.
• Keep restaurant clean, properly supplied and tables set in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with set-up, opening and closing duties according to sidework procedures.
• Maintain a work environment that is safe, professional, friendly and conducive to a high level of productivity and performance.
• Relay guest concerns, complaints or compliments to the server, restaurant supervisor or manager as appropriate.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors and fellow employees.
• Ensure prompt and discreet notification to appropriate management and/or the Ethics Hotline of any observation of illegal acts or internal ethics violations.
• Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discreetly notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting other staff as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of six (6) months bussing experience in a high volume restaurant.
• Demonstrated successful performance in a guest service role strongly preferred.
• Experience servicing large numbers of guests in a public environment.
