Executive Director

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Director to join our team!

The Executive Director will play a crucial role in managing the daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing exceptional care and services to our residents. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our senior residents.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the community’s daily operations, associate relations, resident and resident family engagement and connection, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. Works with sales to drive sales results. Creates an inclusive community culture that provides high quality resident experiences and care and engages residents, families, and associates.

Oversee all aspects of the assisted living facility's operations, including staff supervision, resident care, budget management, and facility maintenance. Acts as a hands-on leader who supervises, directs, and motivates community staff; provides assistance as needed. Encourages teamwork and collaboration and cultivates an inclusive community culture. Ensures community maintains appropriate staffing levels to meet the needs of residents and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Drives sales and marketing efforts in collaboration with community sales leader to meet or exceed occupancy or revenue targets by developing new business, generating leads, and building strategic relationships. Engages with prospects who tour the community. Identifies trends and implements approved sales and marketing activities and strategies to maximize revenue.

Creates collaborative relationship with community Wellness Director to ensure community’s care and services are appropriate to meet the needs of residents. Oversees resident services including the admission process, healthcare management, and maintenance of resident documentation to ensure high quality services and compliance with Company policy and applicable legal requirements. Assists in developing and conducting service plan reviews, consistent with applicable legal requirements, with appropriate clinical care team members and resident families to maintain the personal dignity of residents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, staff documentation, and administrative records as required by regulations and policies.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in senior care to drive continuous improvement in the facility's operations and resident services.

Qualifications:

Valid Administrator Certificate for Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) in the state of California.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within an assisted living facility or similar healthcare environment.

Strong understanding of RCFE regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements in California.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven track record of ensuring high-quality care and services for senior residents.

Proficient in financial management and budgeting.

Compassionate, person-centered approach to senior care.

Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and staff members.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
