Here’s The Duties You Will PerformSupport Property Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations, tenant satisfaction, and lease compliance.
Answers incoming telephone calls professionally and genuinely, and handles accordingly (prospect calls, resident issues, service requests, etc.).
Build strong relationships with clients, tenants, vendors, and contractors, fostering a positive and collaborative community.
Collaborate with various teams like the Maintenance Manager or Project Manager to ensure projects are completed promptly and efficiently.
Contribute to financial success by assisting with budgeting, reporting, accounts payable, and invoice management.
Be the voice of resolution by addressing tenant, customer, and construction concerns with professionalism and care.
Streamline tenants move by handling notifications, coordinating logistics, and making sure the final inspection is 100% completed.
Coordinate tenant requests for facilities needs like HVAC, janitorial, and lighting, ensuring timely completion.
Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, apartment availability, lease expirations, square footage, etc.
Generate and distribute important tenant notifications to keep everyone informed and engaged.
