As needed, you help complete the job which will include the following duties and responsibilities:Complete rough carpentry work, site logistical work, fencing, deck and platform building, protection systems, construction waste areas, and jobsite cleanupManage an entire jobsite and project from start to finish.Assign labor and troubleshoot unexpected issues.Guide and give direction to laborers and other jobsite crew members.Shape or cut materials to specified measurementsErect scaffolding and ladders, as neededInstall structures and fixtures including but not limited to windows, doors, frames, floorings, trim, and hardwareReview jobsite needs with supervisorsEstimate, inventory, monitor, and request time, staff, materials, and equipment needed to complete workOperate equipment as required to complete workAssist with overall site safety and quality programsComply with written safety instructions from tool and equipment manufacturersMaintain positive working relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employeesMaintain a high-level standard of teamwork, integrity, commitment, and leadership in daily operationsMaintain manual and computerized records and reports, including clocking in / out of projects via phone app or other systemsEffectively choose supplies to minimize material costsOther activities, duties, and responsibilities as assignedREQUIREMENTS3 yrs Carpentry experienceBasic toolsMust have a valid drivers license and the ability to travelMust have own reliable transportationMust be punctualMust be willing to work with others as a teamMust be able to perform physically demanding labor such as digging holes, carrying materials, etc.Must possess attention to detailAbility to effectively communicate via text or phone call
