Golden Stone Inn is a locally owned, 15 room boutqiue style hotel in West Yellowstone, MT. The GSI is associated with the Big Sky Anglers fly shop in town, which allows us to cater to many angling groups. We cater to a higher-end clientele, and expect our staff and property to reflect that. Our team is small, but it allows us to work closely to provide an excellent guest experience. We are professional, customer-centric, fast-paced and our goal is to provide outstanding customer service and ensure that guests have an unforgettable and comfortable stay.

We are looking for an idividual that is a responsible and personable and able to perform in the customer service department. The front desk shifts will be 8 hours long, and will vary from AM and PM shifts.
The Front Desk Agent position is a very important role in our organization and requires a great deal of responsibility. As the main point of contact for guests, the Front Desk Agent must demonstrate exceptional customer service skills as well as an ability to multi-task effectively. This position requires attention to detail and an ability to keep up with very fast-paced situations. This position also requires clear and consistent communication with all other employees and the manager. We are looking for someone who is competent with guest communication via phone calls and email. Must be able to assist with our continental breakfast we provide if you are working the morning shift, and be able to prep breakfast items in the evening shift. This candidate will be professional, polite to guests and other staff, have a positive attitude, work well in a team setting, and learn tasks quickly. Hotel and customer service experience would be excellent, but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
