• Develop Mission-Critical Systems: Contribute code to one of the core modules, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, or Employee Lifecycle Management, which are fundamental to our organization's success.
• Champion Quality Assurance: Collaborate closely with the QA team to develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for your assigned domain, ensuring high-quality software releases.
• Shape Product Direction: Influence product and design decisions by providing insightful technical guidance and feedback during the critical planning phase of projects.
• Agile Collaboration: Utilize pair programming with your teammates to develop robust architectural plans and efficiently resolve bugs, fostering a collaborative and productive development environment.
• Code Review & Feedback: Participate actively in code reviews and foster a continuous feedback loop within the team, promoting code quality and knowledge sharing.

Your Toolkit:

• Proven proficiency in ASP.NET or C#.NET programming languages.

• Solid experience with SQL for data management and manipulation.

• 7 years of experience developing and deploying production-ready software utilizing the outlined tech stack or similar technologies.
