Description:

Join GoldenWolf as a Hospital System and Equipment Coordinator (HSEC)

Location: Fort Leonard Wood, MO (Relocation & Return Stipend Optional!)

GoldenWolf is looking for a dedicated Hospital System and Equipment Coordinator to support the Fort Leonard Wood Hospital replacement project. This full-time, on-site role will involve significant interaction with the Defense Health Agency (DHA) – Facilities Enterprise, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the Military Treatment Facility (MTF).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Review & Coordination: Review vendor risk assessments, submittals, RFIs, and Best Value Determination packets. Coordinate and oversee the installation and configuration of systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • System Management: Conduct inventory and inspections of installed Facilities Related Control Systems (FRCS) and personal property systems. Maintain current software and hardware licenses and ensure security-related documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Project Oversight: Track and coordinate the procurement process, including deliveries, installs, inventories, and inspections. Work closely with the IO&T Contractor to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Training & Support: Attend user training sessions and prepare to teach hospital staff about new systems, their operation, and maintenance requirements. Represent DHA-FE in meetings related to planning purchases and system details.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with eMASS procedures and DoD policies. Prepare reports to update on system health, project progress, and corrective actions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with MTF senior leadership and representatives to minimize disruptions during construction. Ensure the network infrastructure’s hardware and software components are properly configured.
  • Documentation & Security: Maintain instructions and SOPs regarding system security and daily operations. Assist in documenting and assessing security events, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring information security.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide technical advice to support quality assurance field tests for specialized systems. Participate in project site inspections to validate construction progress and compliance with project goals.
Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree, or 3 years of experience in security management.
  • Clearance: National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) Clearance or the ability to obtain said clearance is required.
  • Citizenship: Federal Government requires this hire must be a U.S. Citizen.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Knowledge: Understanding of processes, policies, methods, and procedures affecting military health facility construction, outfitting, and transitions.
  • Communication: Ability to effectively communicate plans and instructions both orally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and plan specific events in a logical manner and present plans in various automated formats.
  • Proficiency: Must be proficient with relevant technology and software.
