Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Care Coordinator. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule and manage employeesr schedules
- Answer phone calls and respond in a professional manner
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care
- Maintain communication with employees
- Provide general administrative support to employees under your coordination
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a coordinator
- Familiarity with scheduling and managing employees
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information
