Golder Ranch Fire District is seeking one (1) Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our community-driven team! Based upon your experience and current certifications, you may be considered for one of the following positions:

Primary Function:The primary function of a Fleet Maintenance Technician is to perform preventative maintenance and repairs of all apparatus and equipment as assigned. This position is under the direct supervision of the Lead Fleet Maintenance Technician.

Starting Wage: $21.58/hr ($44,886/yr)

Fleet Maintenance Tech - EVT Apprentice:
Position: Fleet Maintenance Tech I
Starting Wage:$23.09/hr ($48,027/yr)

Status: Full-time 40 hrs/week - non-exempt
Minimum Qualifications: All certifications must be current and maintained
Fleet Maintenance Technician I:
Position: Fleet Maintenance Tech II
Starting Wage: $24.70/hr ($51,376/yr)
Safety Sensitive: Yes
Status: Full-time 40 hrs/week - non-exempt

Fleet Maintenance Technician II:
Position: Fleet Maintenance Tech III
Starting Salary: $56,523/yr)

Minimum Qualifications: All certifications must be current and maintained
Fleet Maintenance Technician III:
a. ASE T1, T2, T7, and A9
b. EVT F5, F6, E4
Safety Sensitive: This job is designated by GRFD as a safety-sensitive position because it includes tasks or duties that GRFD, in good faith, believes could affect the safety or health of the employee performing the task or others (ARS 23-493). Selection process may consist of: Application screening, skills assessment, credibility assessment, and interview(s).
