Role: Assistant General Manager
Summary: Oversees the quality and success of Goldfish Swim School daily operations including staffing, pool operations, cash management, customer service, retail and vending department, private party operations and workplace employee activities.
Primary Responsibilities:

Safety Standards: The safety of our swimmers, parents and team members is of the utmost importance. Our pools are disinfected by a Nexgen chlorination system and additionally filtered through a UV system to provide the safest swimming environment. Our state-of-the-art ventilation system allows fresh air to continuously circulate into our building, further minimizing the spread of any airborne virus. Industry experts note that indoor pools are far superior at minimizing virus transmission than most indoor spaces.
Certificates and Licenses: Lifeguard, CPR, AED and First Aid certifications required (included in paid-training – must be obtained in 45 days of employment)
