We are looking for a Sales Associate with experience in cold calling, call center work, customer service, and a high volume of clientele. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be personable. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing relationships with customers. You will need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide WOW! Customer Service to our members
• Assist with class scheduling and billing
• Work in a sales capacity to sell new memberships
• Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new business
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activity in the CRM system
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
• Participate in regular sales training and development activities to improve skills and knowledge

Job Qualifications and Skills

• 1 years of experience in sales, call center work, or customer service
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work with children
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy
• Strong work ethic
• Must pass background examinations prior to training
