Opportunity to join a leading Prop Trading Firm as a Middle Office Specialist (FX), performing daily trade support for Global FX Derivatives. Work closely with trading teams to resolve issues quickly through multiple, simultaneous workflows in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily trade support and implement enhancements to optimize controls within the global macro trading businesses.
• Ensure accurate trade capture, position management, and inventory continuity day by day.
• Conduct comprehensive reconciliation of life cycle events for Global FX/FX Option/FX Exotic currency pairs, including all option expiry events.
• Monitor trade flow from electronic trading platforms (Bloomberg, Dealer Platforms, etc.) and manage processing on FX PB Platforms.
• Serve as a liaison between trading teams and counterparties to resolve booking, allocation, and clearing inaccuracies.
• Responsible for Live/EOD position reconciliation.
• Oversee current workflows and provide project support for enhancements to technology, workflows, and processes, including:
• Developing a strong understanding of traders' individual risk management tools and supporting related needs.
• Upgrading and supporting traders' tools to utilize firm-standard technologies and tools.
• Collaborating with technology teams to improve the firm's tools and technology to meet the desk's needs.
• Adopting, integrating, and promoting new technology as it becomes available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in finance, economics, applied mathematics, physics, engineering, computer science, or a related quantitative field.
• Prior experience in an FX Global Trading Support role preferred (derivatives middle office, front office desk support, etc.).
• Experience with LATAM/Emerging Market FX is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and Power Query preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL database integration.
• Experience with Traiana (or similar confirmation platforms) preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to independently analyze problems and effectively communicate with the team to drive solutions.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements.
