Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to enhance IT support and systems implementation. This role is critical in maintaining the enterprise environment, ensuring that end-user systems operate efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and implement end-user systems within an enterprise setting.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Operating Systems, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, and Windows environments.
• Ensure robust cyber security measures are in place across all systems.
• Provide technical support for VOIP and SIP video conferencing technologies.
• Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
• Be available for on-call support during nights and weekends, with occasional travel required.
• Maintain knowledge of desktop and server hardware to enhance performance.
• Apply fundamental understanding of IP networking, routing, and system security protocols.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and management tools.
• Utilize PowerShell for system management tasks effectively.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, alongside a strong commitment to customer service.
• Support Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange, and domain management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in IT support and implementation of end-user systems in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Operating Systems, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Familiarity with cyber security practices and solutions.
• Experience with VOIP and SIP video conferencing platforms.
• Strong background in MDM/MAM solutions.
• Knowledge of desktop/server hardware optimization techniques.
• Fundamental understanding of networking, including IP routing and system security.
• Proven experience with system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proficient in using PowerShell for system management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on exceptional customer service.
