Job DescriptionJob Duties: Associate with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Wilmington, Delaware. Monitoring and reporting on the key performance indicators for the portfolio including the preparation and presentation of various deliverables. Carrying out a wide range of portfolio analyses to inform the customer engagement strategy as well as support other operational and tactical decision making. Supporting the planning and execution of engagement marketing campaigns as well as the analysis of campaign performance to determine impact. Working with marketing, credit risk, and delivery teams to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, as well as cost efficiencies through segmentation and targeting. Performing market data analyses for benchmarking and tracking of industry trends.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Economics, Finance, a relevant Engineering discipline, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related quantitative field. Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include four (4) years with the following: working in the consumer banking or finance industry; working with large datasets and multiple data sources and ability to efficiently query data; using advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel, for creation of pivot tables and logic functions, and PowerPoint for presentations to senior leadership; providing detailed analyses of market data or key performance indicators; project management and handling multiple time-sensitive projects while meeting project deadlines; and written and verbal communication skills demonstrated through the synthesis of data and information to provide clear and concise findings and recommendations to internal and/or external stakeholders including senior leadership.
