If thats you, we would like to hear from you!Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to join our First Line Risk and Control team, leading and supporting a Policies and Procedures Office for Transaction Banking (TxB). The Risk and Controls team within TxB is responsible for governance of the firmwide policy and procedure program. We are looking for a team member to help with creating, managing and governance of processes associated with the policy and procedure program. The role will require navigating and problem solving across multiple teams and stakeholders bearing in mind timelines and a senior audience. Principal Responsibilities are to assist with the following: Partner with first and second lines of defense to establish and maintain policies and procedure office for TxB; Advise, challenge and influence teams, as needed Evaluate relevant regional and global regulatory requirements and mapping to risks, and coordinate efforts to ensure relevant policies and procedures are maintained Execute Business Review exercise based on inputs from the New Activities process, strategic initiatives across the firm, evaluation of Risk Assessment related data, and new or changes to mandatesCoordinate end-to-end policy and procedure management for TxB, including reviews of lessons learned Develop training materials as neededMaintain governance program for TxB owned policies and procedures and participate in firmwide initiatives and working groupsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredMinimum of 10 years of experience in Risk management in the financial services industry preferably in Wholesale BankingKnowledge of general non-financial risk framework preferredExperience with risk assessments and/or risk and control self-assessments is preferred Strong project management skillsDetail-oriented and able to produce quality work product, even when working under tight timeframesComfortable being independent and a self-starterAbility to decipher and navigate ambiguous situations with the aim of developing solutionsAbility to exercise strong judgment and decision-making in a collaborative consensus-driven environment Analytical; capable of identifying and distilling relevant information quicklyExcellent oral and written communication skillsMS Office proficiency; advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel Posting Date: 2024-05-30
