Golds Gym DC Metro Area is Hiring a Lead Member Experience Near Washington, DC
Position Summary: Will lead Member Experience operations at their home gym, with an emphasis on member service, schedules, and inventory. This position reports to the home-gym General Manager. Major Responsibilities:
Lead Member Experience TM in their home Club Gym to ensure policies and procedures as outlined.
Motivate Member Experience in their home Club Gym to emphasize superior Member Experience.
Schedules for Member Experience at their home Club Gym.
This position is a regularly scheduled member experience position in their home Club Gym.
Support retail, concession, promotions.
Conducts daily and month-end retail and concession inventories.
Inventory Control to include locking up storage, receiving and reconciling incoming merchandise.
