Sales Associate

Goldwiser is currently hiring Sales Associates/Precious Metal Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible to provide our services to customers, purchasing precious metals and resolving issues. No experience is necessary, but Customer Service and Sales experience are a must. To be successful in this role, you must have a knack for customer service and be able to pass our sales process. In addition, you will need to have a great attitude and be able to work with a variety of personalities. You must also be able to work weekends.

*Paid training is provided. Successful completion of training is required to be hired on. *Potential to earn commission is also offered with this position. Inquire for more details. *Multiple locations available: New Caney, Conroe, Spring and Northwest Houston.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in customer service, sales or other related fields a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and maintain customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have reliable and independant transportation
• Bilingual a PLUS

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service while interacting with customers on site, via phone, via text and in person
• Test and Purchase precious metal items from our customers. Training provided
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the services
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
• Daily digital and online marketing to promote new business
• Maintain quality standards, build relationships, and provide solutions to problems
• Manage inventory control procedures as assigned by management including but not limited to ordering of materials, inventory control, counting inventory, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
