We’re making simulators affordable and accessible starting with Golf. We built a $99 golf simulator that is disrupting an industry where the average cost of a simulator is $5000. What you'll do

- Improve our Golf Daddy’s advertising campaign performance by making and aiding in the creation of creative video content

- Drive marketing performance through creative experimentation – Conduct marketing research and Convert insights into creative concepts, measure performance, and increase campaign impact

- Drive all aspects of video production for social media marketing campaigns including direction, editing, and shotting

-Work directly with founder, videographer, and editor to make instant impact to the Golf Daddy brand

What youll need

-Understanding of media buying, campaign structures and media KPIs. Experience with golf is a plus

-Ability to work with creative production partners

-Hands on familiarity with the video production pipeline (editing, shooting, direction)

-Get it done attitude, not afraid to jump in on any aspect of the production pipeline

- Eye for sticky, catchy, content and the courage to express opinions with humility

- Experience with branding or marketing consumer products

-Creative eye and ability to rapidly iterate concepts

-Working with, directing, partnering with content creators

Culture:

Daddy Sport’s culture is lively and in-person. Team members are in the office 5 days per week, 8am to 5pm at the Irvine, CA headquarters. This requires occasional weekend work and long hours.
