Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating group sales and bookings for our amusement parks in Roseville, CA for our Roseville Golfland Sunsplash. Your primary focus will be to identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients, including schools, camps, daycares, corporate groups, and other organizations. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and ensuring our parks are the top choice for group outings and events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients for group bookings, including schools, camps, daycares, corporate groups, and other organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits to showcase the benefits and features of our amusement parks.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and Sales Director to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract group bookings.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly communicated and met.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after their visits.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, Chamber events to expand your professional network and generate leads.
• Work closely with park management and operations teams and our Sales Director to ensure smooth execution of group events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or amusement park industry.
• 3 years experience with Outside Sales/Group Events.
• Strong network of contacts within Roseville, CA and the Bay Area, including schools, camps, daycares, and corporate organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Monday & Tuesday are in Office days. Scheduling Face2Face client visits and Park Tours.
• Wednesday, Thursday, Fridays - Out in the field, visiting prospecting leads, businesses.
• MUST have own Valid Drivers License and Insurance.
• Company vehicle Provided
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools. (ZOHO CRM)
• Primary availability will be local to the Roseville, CA location.
• Availability to travel within the Bay Area and occasionally work evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year ( ) Commission.
