We're looking for a dedicated RN Nurse to join our team, offering flexible shift options to deliver exceptional patient care in critical care settings including ICU, ER, and other emergency scenarios.

As a Clinical Expert, you'll leverage your professional skills and experience to provide top-quality healthcare in acute care and specialty areas. Your duties will include administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and maintaining detailed documentation.

Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, your clinical expertise and professionalism will make a significant impact on patient well-being.

Additionally, we value candidates with expertise in Acute Care, Specialty RN, Latch, Step Down, and Hospital settings. Your role will encompass these specialized areas, ensuring that you have the opportunity to apply your skills and make a meaningful difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional patient care in critical care environments, addressing all clinical needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and maintain meticulous medical records in ICU, ER, and emergency situations.
  • Collaborate closely with a diverse healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans in acute care and specialty units.
  • Utilize your clinical experience to handle various healthcare situations, adapting to each patient's unique needs in Latch and Step Down units.
  • Maintain an active RN license and stay up-to-date with the latest healthcare practices in hospital settings.

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in your state.
  • Proven RN experience, prioritizing patient-centered care in critical care, ICU, ER, and emergency settings.
  • Strong clinical abilities, thriving in high-pressure situations.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
