Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing accounts, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.

Duties:
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances
- Perform credit analysis on new and existing customers
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

The Accounts Receivable Specialist must be proficient in a wide range of technical skills, including cash receipts, data entry, reconciliations, and account balances.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of governmental accounting regulations is a plus
