L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Bookbinder Operator.

Manually boxing and palletizing finished products. Strap pallets for shipping
Cut paper stock to required sizes for the printing presses
Fold printed sheets into signatures for finished booklets
Collate, insert - gathering and bind sheets into complete booklets using saddle-stitch finishing machines
Must be able to examine stitched or bound books to ensure that pages are bound in numerical or folio order
Must ensure that assigned work is completed in a timely manner and in compliance with the work order

Must have knowledge of (or willingness to learn) how to set up and operate various xerographic and commercial grade bindery equipment
