We are looking for a Kennel Assistant with a deep passion for caring for dogs and their owners to join our highly skilled team.

Does playing a pivotal role in helping prepare for surgeries, dentals, and emergency procedures excite you? Do you love assisting others and have a servant’s heart? Does the idea of caring for patients by taking them out to potty, feeding them, bathing them, and performing light grooming fill your cup? Are you eager and ready to learn how to safely restrain patients and keep them still during medical procedures?

Our Good Dog Veterinary Care Team would love to have you join us! Our Kennel Assistants ensure the hospital is clean, stocked, and ready for an emergency at any time as well as serving as a set of helping hands to any Hospital Team member who needs assistance with patient care.

What We Do

Good Dog Veterinary Care is the premier "all-dog" veterinary practice in the Southeast, and the only "all-dog" veterinary practice in the state of Georgia. We are a full-service veterinary hospital, specializing in wellness and preventive care while also seeing emergency cases. Good Dog Veterinary Care oversees all aspects of a dog's veterinary health from the puppy stage through senior care.

Good Dog Veterinary Care offers wellness plans which allow clients to provide premium care to their dog with easy to manage monthly payments. The wellness plans include spays/neuters, annual visits, dental cleaning, labwork, vaccines, X-rays, and prevention. We thoroughly enjoy providing exceptional care to dogs needing dental work, surgery, or hospitalization. We take pride in our state of the art equipment including X-ray, ultrasound, dental X-ray, and in house laboratory equipment.

Good Dog Veterinary Care is a young, rapidly growing practice with numerous opportunities for career growth. We are currently building our team to support additional doctors, and we strongly believe in having an adequate support team for each doctor in our practice.
