Good Foods Group, LLC is Hiring a Marketing Manager-HPPY Near Jacksonville, FL
Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing brand marketing efforts at HPPY Skin. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the founder and the CEO to drive revenue generation, community building and new product development for HPPY Skin. Essential Job Responsibilities:
Manage outside marketing agencies including PR, digital advertising, social media by setting goals, holding regular meetings, and keeping agencies accountable to goals set
Develop, with CEO and founder, brand voice, look and feel, and make sure that is consistent across channels
Responsible for marketing budget – both spending and revenue – with particular focus on driving cost of acquisition and efficient marketing spend
Generate insights from spending and revenue and make changes to strategy and tactics accordingly
Work collaboratively with R&D team to keep commercialization on track
Develop launch plan and strategy for new products and execute across channels
Work with CEO and founder on company growth strategy and execute across channels
Comply with all Company rules, regulations, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
5-10 years of experience in CPG marketing
Valid US driver’s license and insurable by Good Foods Group insurance company
Must have reliable method of transportation
Experience developing new products: working with co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, formulators and designers to bring products from concept to reality within budget and timeline
Experience managing outside agencies, setting KPIs, and holding them accountable
Experience overseeing creative content development, including photography, label design, social media content, websites, etc.
Experience working cross-functionally to define brand voice and message that through various channels and using a variety of tools
Experience working both in DTC and retail brands
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of beauty industry a plus
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to details
Ability to problem solve and provide strategic solutions quickly
Must be a self-starter and able to work without close supervision
Willingness and ability to work in a team environment
Travel:
This position will require travel less than 15% of the time
Work Environment:
Typical office environment
Offices with equipment noise
Offices with frequent interruptions
Mostly indoor office environment with windows
If in the plant, required to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to enforce Good Food Manufacturing (GMP’s) processes
There will be occasional work in plant and production facilities, which could be a wet environment with temperatures ranging from 38 to 40 degrees, with medium/high noise levels from operating machines
Physical Requirement:
Able to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl occasionally
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
Able to ascend/descend stairs and/or ladders
Able to detect and discern sounds accurately to exchange information
Able to hold stationary positions for extended periods of time
Able to move throughout workspace frequently
Able to observe details at close range, perceive colored images as well as effectively perceive computer generated images on a screen
Occasionally operates computer and other office productivity machinery
Frequently able to carry and/or move heavy trays, boxes, objects up to 50 lbs. to set up and take down event materials
