Responsibilities:
- Provide protection for company property and personnel, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Conduct regular patrols to detect signs of criminal activity or disturbances.
- Act lawfully to protect life and property as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance when interacting with visitors.
- Report any suspicious incidents promptly and in detail.
- Monitor building premises and surrounding areas on a random or scheduled basis.
- Control access points at building entrances and gates effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all individuals on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Armed Security Officer or in a related role.
- Possession of relevant certifications such as CCTV, CPR, First Aid, or other security-related certificates.
- Proficiency in surveillance techniques and conflict management.
- Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and loss prevention strategies.
- Ability to handle firearms responsibly and militarise when required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
