Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, project management, and account management. Experience in financial services and sales, particularly within a SaaS environment, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze client needs and market trends to provide tailored solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery
- Provide account management support to clients, addressing inquiries and issues promptly
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions and progress

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in financial services or SaaS industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of sales processes and account management techniques
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
