Qualifications

Education

Minimum of Bachelor Degree in PT, according to State of Florida Guidelines

Experience

Preferred: One (1) year or more in field

Certifications/Licensure

• BLS through American Heart Association
• Licensed by the State of Florida for Physical Therapy
