DescriptionOutside Sales Representative PERSONAL and Protected Territory in TNAre you passionate about making a positive impact and sharing Christian values through your work? We are seeking a dedicated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves managing a designated personal territory and building strong, faith-centered relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel up to three nights per week. We offer two competitive compensation plans: a base salary of $40,000 plus commission, or a straight commission plan. Either option is designed to provide annual earnings of $65,000 to $75,000, with expenses paid on qualified business.

The Job as an Sales Representative…
- Manage an assigned personal territory and cultivate client relationships rooted in Christian values
- Travel up to three nights per week to meet with clients
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support

- Expense reimbursement for vehicle/travel expenses
- Home Office telephone field support
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong work ethic and a heart for service
