This well established firm has a strong client base across the healthcare, higher education, and municipal sectors. With a strong foundation and an annual revenue of $150M, this office is poised for strategic growth, and we're looking for a dynamic leader to drive its continued success.

In this pivotal role, you will oversee all departments, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams and projects. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the office's strategic direction, further expanding their influence in the Houston market ,and elevating its performance across key sectors.

You will leverage your extensive industry knowledge and credibility to build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your experience in leading teams and managing either several projects across various sectors will be critical. You'll be tasked with providing strategic leadership to ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships both within the company and externally. Preferably, you will have 8 years of experience in the Houston market with a strong background in the healthcare and higher education sectors. Your expertise in navigating complex project challenges and delivering innovative solutions will be highly valued.
