Goodall Properties prides ourselves in being committed to great custom service for both out owners and tenants. In this position you must be 100% committed to customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast paced atmosphere. Multitasking is a must as well as being able to maintain a professional relationship with owners, tenants and vendors. You will handle and oversee the day to day operations and management of our portfolio. You will be responsible for your own schedule. Daily tasks will include showing rental properties, moving in tenants, helping tenants during their stay and then moving tenants out. You will have opportunities for commission on leasing homes, referring clients to others and even selling homes if you choose. There is a lot of flexibility with your schedule and room to expand.
