Job Overview:
We are looking for people who want to get out from behind the bar, interact with guests in our multiple service locations (poolside, courtside, and the gameyard) and get some steps in. Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, and wines, following established recipes and standards.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
• Assist in organizing and host special events and promotions.- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including operating a cash register.
• Monitor customer intake to prevent overconsumption and ensure responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in bartending or a related role and knowledge of various beverages, including cocktails and spirits, preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
• Familiarity with food service operations is a plus.
• Experience with using a cash register or point-of-sale system.
• Knowledge of catering or banquet services is advantageous.
