Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects, including design, installation, and maintenance.
- Manage and coordinate the activities of landscaping teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement landscaping plans that meet clients' requirements and preferences while considering environmental sustainability.
- Conduct site evaluations to assess needs and identify potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with designers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage and maintain inventory of landscaping supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Train and mentor landscaping staff, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to landscaping and environmental protection.
- Prepare and manage budgets for landscaping projects, including estimating costs and controlling expenses.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in landscaping to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Proven experience in landscaping management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Extensive knowledge of plants, horticulture practices, and landscape design.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in landscaping design software is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Professional certification in landscaping, horticulture, or related field preferred.
