Full-Time, Salary $45,000 - $47,500GoodLife Innovations is seeking Day Services Coordinators to lead our Day Services programs for adults with disabilities. As the Day Services Coordinator, you will promote high-quality outcomes for persons served and manage Day Service operations, including developing activity schedules, communicating with parents/guardians, and training and supporting staff. You will also support the development and operation of client-supported employment and community service/volunteer activities. Some duties include:
Creating high-quality activity schedules and calendars in accordance with participants’ skill plans
Supervising Day Services staff, including scheduling, giving feedback, and providing ongoing training and support
Coordinating caseloads and attending support plan meetings for caseload
Communicating with parents/guardians and sending monthly newsletters, activity calendars, and event flyers highlighting program activities
Ensuring accurate documentation, data collection, and medication administration
Purchasing materials needed for activities and ensuring program is fully stocked
Some qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a social services or related field preferred
One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope
Flexibility in assigned working hours and location
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Must successfully pass criminal background check
Must be a safe driver and have a valid driver's license
Must be able to physically support clients with and without adaptive equipment
