GoodLife Innovations is seeking a Midnight Farm Day Services Teacher to help lead center-based activities and provide transportation to adults with disabilities at our Lawrence Day Center and Midnight Farm Day Services programs. As a Midnight Farm Day Services Teacher, you will assist with morning duties at our Lawrence Day Center and transport clients in a company vehicle to Midnight Farm, located on a 40-acre farm in Douglas County. While at Midnight Farm, you will engage with and support clients in activities- including visiting animals to cooking class to hikes outside- then transport clients back to our Lawrence Day Services program. You will build lasting relationships through community outings, functional activities, and daily companionship!

This human services position earns a competitive hourly rate of $15 - $16. Some duties include:
- Providing transportation to Midnight Farm in company vehicle
- Providing opportunities for fun and engaging activities
- Teaching one on one skill programs
- Assisting with or providing full support for personal care needs (meals, dressing, toileting)
- Documenting daily activities
- Administering medications
Some requirements:
- Must successfully pass criminal background check
- Must have a valid driver's license and be a safe driver
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Compassion for helping adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Flexibility in assigned working location based on client needs
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs to physically assist individuals with and without adaptive equipment
