May include:

* Call on HVAC Dealers and Contractors. Also Training them on GSD's aftermarket Product offering

* Set strategic direction and management of execution of programs to Branch Managers and CSR's

* Work with and train branch personnel in support of aftermarket business. This includes TM's, BM, CSR's, and ROM's

* Responsible for through-the-shop and over-the-counter parts sales, cores, parts stocking, ordering, development of programs and implementation of corporate sponsored programs

* Responsible for developing and implementing sales plans for the aftermarket business to ensure attainment of both sales and margins objectives.

* Work with local vendors and manufacturer's Representatives to provide support to branches and customer base.

* Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

Nature & Scope:

* Takes direction from RM and VP, Parts.

* Works within broad base parameters.

* Expected to lead this business segment for the region.

* Works within knowledge and parameters provided by VP of Aftermarket Parts and Supplies

Knowledge & Skills:

* HVAC Product Knowledge

* Dealer/contractor knowledge

* Excellent sales knowledge, customer, and relationship management skills

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Effective organizational and time management skills

* Understanding gross margin, P&L

* Excel and related computer skills - MS Office Word, PowerPoint

* Effective collaboration and team building skills.

* Ability to apply good judgement, strong work ethics and integrity on the job

Experience:

* 5 years in HVAC industry

Education:

* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if experience is extensive-5 years in sales and HVAC

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

* Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations

* Must be able to travel to multi-cities and states, including overnight travel - approximately 60 % - 70% of time.

Pay Range:

* $70,000.00 - $87,500.00
