TITLE: SENIOR HEALTHCARE DESIGNER
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leads the design process, which includes programming, space planning, specifications, and client engagement.
- Mentors other members of the Healthcare Design team.
- Collaborates with cross-functional leaders and employees to share healthcare knowledge and improve outcomes.
- Works with showroom experience lead to coordinate healthcare-focused learning opportunities for healthcare team and leads training of healthcare products.
Experience:
Industry tenure, 10 years, 5 years specific in healthcare design
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Problem-Solving
- Reduces human struggle and waste.
- Highlights, tracks and helps solve problems.
- Uses the following framework for problem- solving: Documents current condition plan; Do; Check; Act
- Shares and tests knowledge and ideas that improve the quality and speed of workflow.
- Performance
- Provides project and customer-appropriate solutions that help us win and retain customers.
- Gathers programming requirements. Develops conceptual design and block planning.
- Conducts product research.
- Field verify existing or new building conditions.
- Draft or modify base plans in AutoCAD.
- Ensures accurate plans and specifications, conformance to client requirements, customer satisfaction and project implementation.
- Attends and leads meetings without assistance.
- Gives presentations for RFP and project interview situations
- Tracks and records all billable time
- Prepares installation drawings at time of order entry.
- Ensures response times and quality of internal and external communications and deliverables must meet or exceed customer expectations.
