Summary Increases enrollment in Miami Valley Works' (MVW) by developing and strengthening strategic relationships with community, faith-based, government, and community outreach organizations and individuals. Markets Miami Valley Works to current and prospective Members and Community Organizations to cultivate relationships and increase overall number of Members that can move to self-sufficiency. Supports the Member intake, orientation, and assessment processes. Identifies partnership opportunities with other Community Organizations that will result in increased Membership and/or provision of additional supporting services to Members. Works with Goodwill Easter Seals Marketing Department to develop and maintain employment advertising, marketing brochures, flyers, and other member recruitment materials. Achieves outcome measures as jointly defined and developed with the MVW Executive Director and Director. Essential Duties & Responsibilities RECRUITINGWork with the Director to develop recruiting strategies, objectives, goals and measures.Coordinates with MVW Executive Director and Director on any recruiting strategies involving employers (e.g., reverse referral and Advancement referrals).Develop and execute recruiting plans.Develop relationships with community, faith-based, government, and community outreach organizations and individuals.to increase referrals.Monitor and participate in community activities, job fairs, and other Member outreach events to increase referrals leveraging MVW staff as needed. (esp. in target communities)Prepare periodic (no less than twice a month) recruiting updates for electronic distribution to the MVW Email Distribution List (e.g. success stories of members, recent developments, etc. etc.).Track and report on marketing activities and recruiting data on a defined regular basis. MEMBER MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONAssess MVW market awareness (among Member target market).Working with Goodwill Easter Seals Marketing Department:Identify marketing needs and messages for community, faith-based, government, and community outreach organizations and individuals. Develop marketing schedules and assignments.Develop and maintain standard Member brochures and program-specific collateral; maintain appropriate inventories of each; manage distribution for internal needs and to community partners.Maintain and expand the MVW Email Distribution list.Maintain accurate information for member referrals in Salesforce.Execute other Member marketing vehicles as defined in the marketing plan (e.g., bus ads, Job News ads, etc.). COMMUNITY PARTNER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTDevelop, manage and strengthen on-going relationships with community, faith-based, government, and community outreach organizations and individuals.Manage and strengthen ongoing relationships with referral partnersCommunicate service partner information and coordinate relationship management with appropriate MVW staff (e.g. Executive Director, Director, Employment Coaches, etc.)Maintain accurate information for community, faith-based, government, and community outreach organizations and individuals in Salesforce. ADMINISTRATIVE AND CLERICALAssist with collection and analysis of Member satisfaction data.Update professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading trade publications, etc.Other duties as assigned for the effective and smooth operation of Miami Valley Works.Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.Other duties as assigned and agreed upon. Supervisory Responsibilities None. Education Requirements BA in Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred. Experience Requirements 3-5 years' experience in similar role preferred.
