WAREHOUSE KEYHOLDER

THE POSITION:

Are you an active leader with a passion for the warehouse industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced material handling environment?

As a Warehouse Keyholder, you will:

• Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers
• Opens and closes as required including documenting Team Member absence in attendance log, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned
• Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill donated retail goods process
• Ensures the proper handling and processing of incoming donation flow in and out.
• Supports the Salvage workforce and leadership to ensure that the Salvage team operates within budgeted expense to revenue ratios
• Assists in the proper inventory control and rotation of apparel and hard goods in a timely manner to ensure the stewardship of all donations.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
• Current Forklift Certification

THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 60 pounds with no support regularly
