Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers with exceptional service, assisting them with their shopping needs
• Create an organized and visually appealing sales floor by arranging clothing and merchandise with care
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the store, ensuring a pleasant environment for customers
• Welcome donors and provide them with a seamless donation experience
• Identify and report any security or theft concerns promptly

Qualifications and Skills

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• No experience required, but 1-2 years of retail experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills to build respectful customer relationships
• Basic computer skills for register and inventory operations
• Strong reasoning and logical thinking abilities
• Ability to maintain records accurately
• Sensitivity to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of our service population

Physical Requirements

• Stand, walk, and engage with customers
• Lift and carry up to 50lbs of merchandise
• Perform bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Demonstrate flexibility and agility in a dynamic work environment
