We are seeking a reliable and friendly Donation Attendant to join our team at our Grand Haven location. The Donation Attendant will be responsible for accepting and processing donations, maintaining a clean and organized donation area, and providing excellent customer service to donors.
Responsibilities:
- Accept and process donations from donors
- Sort and organize donations
- Maintain a clean and organized donation area
- Provide excellent customer service to donors
- Assist with loading and unloading donations
- Keep accurate records of donations
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
