Objective: Process an accurate and timely payroll operation.
Full Time Position. Salary $45,000.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Process accurate and confidential bi-weekly payroll
- Audit POS and time clock entries.
- Assist managers and employees with online benefits portal.
- Assist managers and employees with payroll documents.
- Oversee annual benefit open enrollments
- Coordinate benefit enrollment TPA.
- Submit quarterly wages to MIWAM.
- Submit W2 information to Federal, State and local agencies within annual deadlines.
- Process annual ACA 1095 forms w/ Employee Navigator within annual deadlines.
- ADP Workforce Now Experience preferred
- Employee Navigator experience preferred
- Associates degree preferred
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Excel
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in all matters
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with deadlines
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Dependable
