Job DescriptionPosition Description:
Provides candidate selection, hiring manager coaching, interviewing techniques and talent assessment across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona (GCNA) and its affiliated entities. Uses and interprets assessment tools, as well as driving workforce planning within client groups. Partners with other team members in pipeline development, sourcing and recruiting operations to deliver on hiring needs across the organization.

Job DescriptionPosition Description:

Partners with other team members in pipeline development, sourcing and recruiting operations to deliver on hiring needs across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages assessment tools in order to facilitate goal achievement.
- Contributes in a measurable way to the development of corporate-wide recruiting strategies and campaigns, the innovation and continuous improvement of corporate-wide recruiting practices, and makes recommendations regarding policies and procedures.
- Ability to meet monthly recruiting goals in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- Develops internal and external communications and communities to promote Goodwill opportunities.
- Establishes and maintains “trusted advisor” relationships with hiring managers and client groups that are collaborative in nature.
- May recruit primarily for Retail Management positions for our stores across Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona and affiliated entities, which may include high volume class-style hiring.
- Identifies, qualifies and presents candidates to business leaders.
- Develop robust talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs by sourcing passive candidates across various platforms, including but not limited LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Responds to employment inquiries from potential candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducts weekly debriefs and status updates with appropriate business leaders.
- Advises managers and team members on staffing policies and procedures.
- Maintains current knowledge of EEO, Affirmative Action, OFCCP, ADA and other related guidelines and laws at the Federal, State and local level. Recommends revisions to comply as regulations change.
- Partners with recruiting team members to continuously innovate and improve on Goodwill’s hiring practices.
- Partners with workforce development in the achievement of Goodwill’s mission.
- Models Goodwill Core Values – Trust, Collaboration, Engagement, Ownership, and Innovation.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with peers and organizational leaders.
- Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year university or college, or equivalent experience.
- 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience.
- Advanced Internet Recruiting Strategies (AIRS) or Social Talent certification preferred but not required.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) knowledge required. Workday (ATS) experience is especially desired.
- Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a track record of effectively managing multiple searches and projects simultaneously.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in groups and in partnership with others.
- Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrate high level of professionalism and confidentiality as well as be able to relate comfortably to people in all levels of the organization.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable for position.
