Receptionist – Telephone Operator
This is a front-line Receptionist position.
Location: Smyrna, Delaware
Schedule: Mon – Friday 3pm to 11pm / Weekends & Holidays 10am to 6pm
Shift: 4 to 5 days per week working every other weekend and every other Holiday.
Pay Rate: $13.50 an hour
Duties:
Ability to function in a front-line customer service environment.
Ability to maintain a pleasant business demeanor even during challenging customer encounters.
Provide support to staff or clients to ensure clients receive expedient and efficient service.
Ability to multi-task, answering phones while servicing clients.
Essential functions consist of the following:
1. Greet customer and direct to the appropriate department
2. Answer phones and direct callers to the proper division
3. Operate paging system to connect internal calls.
4. Operate “Fire Board” to notify proper parties of an emergency.
5. Help all internal and external clients in a professional manor
6. Receive Supplies, Mail, UPS and FedEx deliveries notifying persons or departments of their delivery
7. Other duties as assigned by management.
