Responsible for overseeing all phases of sorting, bundling, shade marking and preparation of cut parts and their delivery to the Sewing Department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains recordkeeping to provide upper management with information necessary for evaluating performance, payroll, work in process, and any other pertinent or specific feedback.

• Utilizing the manufacturing production plan, ensures the delivery of cut work meeting the customers quality standards to the sewing department in a timely manner.

• Will constantly evaluate the workers and make recommendations to assure that personnel receive the proper training, motivation and education to perform the work required.

• Insures optimal inventory control, quality control, production control of all shade marking personnel, equipment, and materials, while they are under the direction of the department.
