Goodwill of Western New York is Hiring an Assistant Store Manager Near Batavia, NY

THE POSITION
This position's key responsibilities include:
  • Meets all retail performance standards including operating loss control and ensures compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Assists Store Manager with implementing strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, and increase profitability. Works with Store Manager to ensure all business goals and metrics are met.
  • Ensures customer needs are met, complaints are resolved timely, and service is quick and efficient.
  • Coaches, mentors and trains employees as needed. Manages employees in absence of the Store Manager.
  • Oversees all Retail Store Operations in the absence of the Store Manager.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Prior supervisory and retail experience is preferred.
  • If hired full time, you would be required to attend a full-day orientation at our Administration Office location in Buffalo.
COMPENSATION:
Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate's experience, skills and education.
  • The pay range for this position is $17.00/hr$22.00/hr
