YOUR ROLE

As a Program Implementation Specialist, you will be essential to our program's success, leading a range of responsibilities aimed at improving program effectiveness and maintaining high-quality standards across multiple counties.

This position’s key responsibilities include:

Onboarding and Training Development and Implementation:

  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding processes for new program staff.
  • Coordinate or deliver additional training for staff members.

Material Oversight:

  • Track inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
  • Create and update program materials including, but not limited to, SOPs, checklists, and schedules.

Program support:

  • Includes but is not limited to conducting intake/interviews and assisting with resume development.
  • Serve as a back-up facilitator. Facilitate training modules for participants as needed.
  • Ensure accuracy of participant data in data management system.
  • Offer additional program support to staff as needed.

Monitoring Program Status and Effectiveness:

  • Analyze enrollment data and outcomes for effectiveness.
  • Troubleshoot problem areas and assist in finding and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure staff and resources are appropriately allocated for each county.

Oversee Implementation Process and Standards:

  • Act as the point person for new program initiatives and coordinate with relevant parties.
  • Maintain programmatic vendor accounts and relations and ensure effective utilization.

Grant Writing/Support:

  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
  • Develop compelling grant proposals and applications.
  • Provide support in managing grant-related documentation and reporting.

Coordinate Publications and Research:

  • Contribute to the creation and publication of reports and research materials.
  • Coordinate with publishers and other parties to ensure accuracy and timely delivery

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Effectively work with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Energetic, flexible, patient, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to think independently, problem-solve, and execute assigned tasks.

COMPENSATION

Goodwill regularly evaluates our compensation and benefit packages to ensure we remain competitive. Starting pay will be based on a candidate’s experience, skills and education.

  • The pay range for this position is $40,000/year to $50,000/year.
