- Shelter Worker to work the following shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (overnight).
- Part time and Full time available
- Ensure a safe environment and smooth operation of the Client Guest Services department, to include, shelters, day center, welcome center, and front desk.
- Interact with guests in the shelter environment and residents in the supportive housing areas.
- Provide hospitality with compassion while being firm in enforcing the guidelines for operations that are safe and secure for all.
- Coordinators are also responsible for organizing activities with regular volunteers.
- Coordinate with Guest Services Supervisors to encourage and promote a safe environment, conducive to healthy living, as well as ensuring smooth operation of all facilities.
- We have swing shift and graveyard shifts currently available
- Ability to work swing shift or graveyard shift
- Customer Service Experience
- Light Phone Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Ability to oversee or perform daily operation of shelter tasks
- Other duties as assigned
- Ability to pass a drug screen
