Goodwill TalentBridge is recruiting a Marketing Coordinator in this direct hire hybrid role. This position manages the Request For Proposal (RFP) process for our client, an established and growing national consulting firm in the commercial engineering & architectural space. This role will manage the RFP process from initial request through to finished proposal & presentation. The Marketing Coordinator works cross-functionally with internal teams to create proposal strategy through creative content and graphics that speak to the client’s unique story. This role will also research industry trends and markets and keep leadership informed. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing materials are maintained and content is kept current.

The ideal candidate will have RFP experience and be skilled in communication, copywriting and proof-reading with excellent time management ability, setting and adhering to deadlines with demonstrable experience. Experience in a related professional services industry (engineering or real estate) is preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of professional experience preferably within a professional services consulting environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with RFP management
